Casual Friday with an Old Crow Custom Crop Perfect for Coachella

This Spring has been an absolute whirlwind....and it has only just begun. Weekend getaways with my main squeeze next to my girlfriend's 30th birthday lake house slumber party, sandwiched between a Nashville bachelorette party and a trip to Hawaii...I honestly cannot keep up. Humble bragging? Maybe. But it's unintentional, I swear. Truthfully, I need at least 2 unplanned weekends out of the month to stay sane, and to stay on top of my blog. Because lately, the blog has once again, taken the back burner. And, I'm most likely, certifiably, insane. 

Just ask my husband.

I've been anxiously awaiting showing off this new addition to my casual weekend wardrobe. Just in time for warm weather, this adorable food-loving crop top was custom designed and embroidered by the talented, Old Crow. You guys, this artsy fartsy hippie chick is my definition of cool. On top of fun embroidered t-shirts (of all styles), she also hand-painted and embroidered vintage denim, biker jackets, boots, and more.

Truth: I'm not attending Coachella this year and in fact, I've never been. Hurts my heart, a little. But I did conquer Bonnaroo at 25, with no showers included. And managed to survive Lollapalooza at the old age of 30...so I suppose I'm not too lame. But when it comes down to a week in Maui or a weekend in the desert partying with 22 year-olds, I'll always pick the former...even if that makes me a little lame. 

For all you wild youngsters who are attending though, I'm watching you. Watching your IG stories and posts, that is. Live it up. Wear fun shit and drink and dance until dawn. You'll never regret it.
