LA Coffee Dates + Fuzzy Cardigans

You guys, I’m just gonna say it. I don’t like Starbucks. In fact, I won’t drink the stuff unless i’m absolutely desperate for some caffeine. So not basic of me. But then again, I never said I was basic either.

You wanna know what I do like? Good tasting coffee. I don’t care if the marketing sucks (though most of the smaller coffee shops I frequent have amazing marketing). I just care that the coffee is smooth and delicious.

I love coffee of all varieties but my go-to if I’m being bad is a vanilla latte with cream. If I’m feeling a bit spicy, it’s a chai latte with cream. And if I’m feeling healthy, it’s a plain latte with almond milk.

There are so many amazing coffee shops in Los Angeles too - it’s kinda hard to get a shitty cup, unless you’re at Starbucks of course. But some of my favorites are Boy and the Bear in Redondo Beach, 2 Guns Espresso in Manhattan Beach, Alfred (multiple locations), and Blue Bottle (numerous locations). They all do my body, mind, spirit, and palate right...every single time.

I also love fuzzy cardigans - especially for winter. This one is colorful and loud and most definitely a statement piece. I’m obsessed.

Obsessed so much in fact, that i can’t stop wearing it and restyling it in different ways.
